Sunset over Farm Country

Photo of the Day 293/366

I took this photo some time ago when we were visiting some Old-Order Amish friends in Lancaster. I caught the sunset as we were getting ready to leave and marveled at how it light up the farms in a golden hue. The sun reflecting on the road in the foreground gave the eye something other than darkness so I really liked that, too. Hope your days is as good as I felt when I took this photo.

Blue Sky Day over the Rolling Hills

Images Exposed Daily Photo Challenge

Saturday Choice:  This photo was taken over 18 years ago on a trip with my oldest. We were in Maine and I cannot tell, for sure, exactly where this is. It was long ago and we were full of ourselves and happy to be traveling together. We stopped wherever we wanted and hike or take photos or just look around. It was a very memorable time for both of us, and we still talk about it.

Just a guy with interests in photography, karate, and (sigh) work. I post one of my photos and a quote every day. I like to make a beautiful dent in the the negativity of social media. The photos are mine, so please don't reuse without permission. I hope you enjoy!
