Storm Clouds as the Sun Sets
It’s been a stormy week in my area. The storms seem to come on in the afternoon (normal for summer) but they seem so sporadic as one can go for a walk and the sun is shining and one needs to watch the horizon for clouds. Earlier in the week, the sun was just setting as the storm clouds came upon us. There was blue sky, the sun, and the ominous clouds.

Wednesday: Minimalism: I caught this hawk while he was flying in spirals above a field that I was in. On the thermal winds, they can just seem to drift for quite some time before moving on, or diving onto prey. I managed to catch the sunlight coming through some of its feathers and catch details.
