Sunset over the Tall Grass and Field
This photo, taken last evening, was a nice combination of trying to capture a sunset and living near farms. I took a quick 10 minute walk, at sunset, to see how the sky looked. We can’t directly see the sun setting but we can see the clouds affected by the sunset – and I thought it was worth the try. The grasses reflecting the sunlight and the sunset itself formed a very nice combination for the shot.

Saturday Choice: This photo was taken some years ago on one of many trips to Maine. This is one of my best “crashing wave” captures. The ocean is always moving, but in Maine, on that rocky coast, the waves are almost always dramatic and I love the sounds it brings.
