Barn View across the Clearing

Photo of the Day 245/366

I took this photo in early August on a very hot, clear day. I had decided to get out of the house on a clear day despite the heat and drove for awhile and then parked the car and walked a bit. I found an old barn nestled among the green trees across a cleared field. I positioned myself under a tree for shade and this nice framing appeared. I really like the green of summer with the blue sky with puffy clouds. It looks so peaceful, but it was SO hot.

Quote of the Day: ”
Looking back makes you smart.
Looking forward makes you mature.
Looking down makes you wise.
Looking up makes you strong.

Eating Above and Walking Below

Images Exposed Daily Photo Challenge

Sunday Street Photography:  This was taken some years ago when I worked for our state’s government. I was a the mini-shopping-mall that was downtown and looked across the way and noticed the juxtaposition (in my eyes) between the person casually eating on the upper deck while the people below ere rushing trying to get from place to place. I liked it then and still do like it.

Just a guy with interests in photography, karate, and (sigh) work. I post one of my photos and a quote every day. I like to make a beautiful dent in the the negativity of social media. The photos are mine, so please don't reuse without permission. I hope you enjoy!
