Thin Line of Sunset Red

Photo of the Day 321/366

This photo was from a little earlier this year, but it was very much like the sky I saw last evening and could not get. We were too busy and the timing was just not right. I remembered I had this one and decided to post it. I like small lines of red with clouds above for some reason.  Perhaps I like the clouds “end the day” and the red represents the waning day. I don’t really know, but I like it.

Barn View under the Autumn Leaves

Images Exposed Daily Photo Challenge

Saturday Choice: I took this photo about 2 weeks ago while visiting my oldest and his wife. While we were in the backyard, I noticed the sun hitting the golden leaves on this tree.  I moved to position myself to see the neighbor’s barn and while I’m not overly thrilled with the barn view – it does represent a working farm with the implements around it.

Just a guy with interests in photography, karate, and (sigh) work. I post one of my photos and a quote every day. I like to make a beautiful dent in the the negativity of social media. The photos are mine, so please don't reuse without permission. I hope you enjoy!
