Just Before a Red Dawn

This photo was taken yesterday morning on my way to the office. I had seen a photo of the sky on the news but it didn’t look like this. The red in the sky was quite intense. I also thought of the old adage, “orange in the morning, sailors take warning” – but that was not to be! The sunset later in the day was just as wonderful as the dawn.

Tuesday Daily Life: This photo was taken while out on one of my lakeside hikes. It was early autumn and I came upon a clearing and found this gent, with his back to me, standing in his boar fishing. He was very close to shore, and I didn’t want to capture his face so I tried to be quite and hide a bit. I managed this shot before he heard me and turned. This would be the life.
