Sweeping Sunset Clouds

Photo of the Day 328/366

I took this photo this week while on my way from work to our karate school. It cost me a few minutes of my time to get off the road and get out to capture it, but I think it was well worth it. The clouds seemed to be sweeping out the day nad colors were so vibrant that I could not pass up the opportunity. So, I was a few minutes late (or later than normal) for class.

Saturday Choice: When it comes to locations, I’d almost always pick Mt. Desert Island, in northern Maine. I personally love it there and would live there – except that I have a family that doesn’t want to. Well, we visit every year and that satisfies the hunger but it’s “never enough”. The ocean, the rocky coast, the beauty – it all comes together for my ideal location.

Just a guy with interests in photography, karate, and (sigh) work. I post one of my photos and a quote every day. I like to make a beautiful dent in the the negativity of social media. The photos are mine, so please don't reuse without permission. I hope you enjoy!
