Dawn Sky over the Homestead
Photo of the Day 341/366
I took this photo a few days ago from my parking place on our campus. The “Homestead” is one of the earlier buildings on the campus. I rarely see a photo-worthy scene with this building because it is surrounded by newer buildings. That morning, the angle and sky just came together and I could get a nice shot of one of our historic buildings.

Friday Creative: I shot this wedding a number of years ago. I was friends with the bride and she and her husband had what most would consider a dream wedding. Like many, unfortunately, it didn’t last I feel this photo blends the beauty of the day but the blurred faces represents the fleeting emotion of young love blended with the heartbreak of seeing past the emotion.
