Looking Out from a Christmas Window

Photo of the Day 351/366

I took this photo yesterday. We visited Kings Gap State Park and toured the Mansion which is on the property and almost all of the bedrooms were decorated by organizations that were connected with the area. I don’t even remember which organization decorated this room but the view was outstanding. It was snowing and the view out the window wasn’t great, but the views indoors were wonderful. I’m very glad we went!

Backroad in the Snow

Monday Monochrome: This view was taken some years ago when we went to visit my sister-in-law and her family for our annual family Christmas party. As usual, I try to escape for a bit to snap a few photos and this photo was from that trip. I really like the nostalgic feel to this photo. It just made me want to go back the road to see where it went (I never did, as they moved that year).

Just a guy with interests in photography, karate, and (sigh) work. I post one of my photos and a quote every day. I like to make a beautiful dent in the the negativity of social media. The photos are mine, so please don't reuse without permission. I hope you enjoy!
