Morning View over the Homestead

Photo of the Day 3/365

I took this photo yesterday morning. I posted a similar photo to this late last year and my comment then holds true. Between my schedule and the way nature works – there are only a few times per year that I can get photos, in the morning, of a beautiful sky and the homestead. Usually more lights are on, or the sky is still dark or too light to make a nice shot.  I saw this when I got out of my car and took the photo.

A Bowl of Kisses

Images Exposed Daily Photo Challenge

Friday Creative: This photo was taken at my father-in-laws home a few Christmases ago. We were milling around waiting for other family members to arrive and I looked down on an end table and saw this bowl of candy (most Hershey Kisses) and decided to take a photo. I like the soft brown of the table behind the muted colors of the candy wrappers.

Just a guy with interests in photography, karate, and (sigh) work. I post one of my photos and a quote every day. I like to make a beautiful dent in the the negativity of social media. The photos are mine, so please don't reuse without permission. I hope you enjoy!
