Silos in the Sunset Glow

Photo of the Day 5/365

This photo was taken last week while out driving on a sunset hunt. While we didn’t catch the actual sunset, due to clouds), we did catch a few scenes in the glow of the sunset light. This was one of the scenes. The clouds caught the colors and the eastern sky had color and hte silos still had a little light on them. It made for a pretty view that I had to capture. I hope your new year is going well.

Snow on Japanese Maple

Images Exposed Daily Photo Challenge

Monday Fill the Frame: This photo was taken at my son’s home, where we used to live. The snow (at that time) was sparse and had mostly melted. There was a little left on the bushes and trees so I decided to try to photograph some of it. This was the result. Not must snow – but enough to offset the red of the leaves.

Just a guy with interests in photography, karate, and (sigh) work. I post one of my photos and a quote every day. I like to make a beautiful dent in the the negativity of social media. The photos are mine, so please don't reuse without permission. I hope you enjoy!
