Big Sky Snowy Sunset

I took this photo two days ago on the way home from work. The view of the big – open – sky -was just too much to pass up. The sunsets have been fantastic since the beginning of the year. I’m hoping they continue but I suspect, as much of life, it moves in cycles (or fits and spurts) – and I’ll have to use more of my creative brain. But until, I’ll just enjoy and attempt to capture, the beauty presented to me.

Friday People: This photo was taken more than a few years ago, when I had a studio and was working with models (and seniors and families) for portrait and portfolio work. It was fun and I both learned much and enjoyed much. This photo actually fools most people. Her foot is not on a window sill, but on the edge of a large light box and the the drapes are backdrop material. I really love the photo and how my vision all came together for it.
