Feathery Clouds over the Grassy Field

Photo of the Day 18/365

This photo was taken some time ago. It’s not been very photogenic these past few days so I went into my archives and tried to find a nice photo that I hadn’t posted. The sky last night was close to this in color, but I didn’t have the opportunity. This sky, in this shot, was worth posting it and I can only hope for more like it in the future.

Sunset and Old Corn Shocks

Images Exposed Daily Photo Challenge

Saturday Nature: This photo was taken from my archives and is a few years old. It was shot near my previous home. Our home had many farms nearby and and I remember being out for an evening walk and as the sun set (without clouds…sigh) and wanted a subject with the golden sky and found these corn shocks sitll in the field and tried to shoot the setting sun through them. I think it came out OK.

Just a guy with interests in photography, karate, and (sigh) work. I post one of my photos and a quote every day. I like to make a beautiful dent in the the negativity of social media. The photos are mine, so please don't reuse without permission. I hope you enjoy!
