Farm Just Over the Rise

This photo was taken a few weeks ago on a shopping trip. We were on our way home when I noticed that we were coming up on a farm. The sun was getting lower but not enough at that moment. I really liked that way the farm was lit and the pretty sky and the lack of traffic (at that instant) – so I grabbed this shot and, for some reason, I really like it.

Thursday Colors: The colors of the sky at the beaches I’ve visited have alway caught my attention. I think it is because of the low horizon and the way the atmosphere disperses and softens the colors. We used to visit Cape May yearly and I liked the beach at sunrise and sunset. This show was just before sunrise and the soft pastel colors, along wiht the wave crashing, bring back wonderul memories.
