Early Morning Mist in the Valley

Photo of the Day 51/365

This photo was taken about 9 years ago on a easier going morning than I’ve had lately. After looking closely at this photo in my archives, I liked it better and better. I did manage to capture laters of mist in the far valley, but if you look closely, it is also evident in the foreground right. The dawn colors drew me in, but the mist and the clouds, and the coming hope of a new dawn drew me in.

Trolley Drive in New Orleans

Images Exposed Daily Photo Challenge

Friday People: This photo was taken a decade ago on a business trip to New Orleans. My wife and I went to New Orleans earler to catch a few days of vacation and it was so hot and moist (as New Orleans tends to be) and we were on a trolley ride.  At the end of the run, I caught this gent resiting his eyes as folks got off and on th trolley for next run.

Just a guy with interests in photography, karate, and (sigh) work. I post one of my photos and a quote every day. I like to make a beautiful dent in the the negativity of social media. The photos are mine, so please don't reuse without permission. I hope you enjoy!
