Big Sky Sunset over the Field

Photo of the Day 63/365

I took this photo this past weekend while out on a walk to catch a sunset. It was too cold to wait so I did what I could with what I had. I liked this shot as I was at the opposite corner of my neighbor’s field and could get a “big sky” feel to the photo as the sun was sinking. The streaky clouds seemed to either draw you to the sun ro they were streaming fromethe sun – either way, I think it made a nice photo.

St. Louis Cathedral in New Orleans

Tuesday Free Choice: When I looked at the date on this photo, I could hardly believe it was 10 years ago. Our visit to St. Louis seems to have been yesterday. Time truly does fly by. This was one of the preetiest buildings in New Orleans (in my opinion). We saw it from all angles and it did not fail to impress and give good views and memories.

Just a guy with interests in photography, karate, and (sigh) work. I post one of my photos and a quote every day. I like to make a beautiful dent in the the negativity of social media. The photos are mine, so please don't reuse without permission. I hope you enjoy!
