Sky Waiting for the Sunrise

Photo of the Day 81/365

I took this photo yesterday morning on the way to work. With the change of schedule (Daylight Savings Time), I don’t see the sunrise on the way to work. However, this sky beckoned me to take a photo – the colors were just teasing of a nice sunrise and the clouds agreed. I couldn’t wait for the actual sunrise, but I did get to enjoy those pre-dawn colors.

Fawns in the Field

Images Exposed Daily Photo Challenge

Saturday Nature: This photo was, in reality, my first wildlife photo. I took it so long ago – that I may have scanned it from film. I remember how still the fawns were when we stopped the car – I never did see their mama, but we stopped long enough to snap a few pics and then moved on, hoping not to scare them. They were a wonderful sight.

Just a guy with interests in photography, karate, and (sigh) work. I post one of my photos and a quote every day. I like to make a beautiful dent in the the negativity of social media. The photos are mine, so please don't reuse without permission. I hope you enjoy!
