Old Church and Stormy Sky
Photo of the Day 111/366
This photo was taken a couple of months ago while taking a ride back from a local state park. We were just driving down country roads and I was trying to catch a sunset. We pulled off the road when I saw this old, lonely country church. We didn’t catch the sunset, but the stormy afternoon clouds were good enough.

Saturday Choice: This photo comes from our trip to West Virginia about a year ago. We were there and trying to find a weaving store that my wife had read about and researched. We were driving the back roads and we came across this scene where the sun lit the valley and we were in shadow. The clouds were moving so I had only a few seconds to get this photo. The sun felt good when it came, but the photo-op came but for a few seconds.
