Autumn Colors by the Creek

Photo of the Day 283/366

I took this photo this past weekend while out on a long afternoon walk. I knew that I wouldn’t make it out later, so I went when I could. After crossing a bridge, I noticed this scene down the creek a bit. The colors in the sunlight were just shouting AUTUMN!  I know these color won’t last long and where I live, they are just coming on, so I hope to capture many before it passes into the colder months.

Wednesday Nature:  This photo was taken out of my archives. I really can’t recall the exact location but I suspect it was near our previous home. Personally, I like ladybugs: how they look, how they’re “made”, how their wings unfold, and their colors  That is, perhaps, why I took this photo. It is one of the best “bug” photos I’ve taken.

Just a guy with interests in photography, karate, and (sigh) work. I post one of my photos and a quote every day. I like to make a beautiful dent in the the negativity of social media. The photos are mine, so please don't reuse without permission. I hope you enjoy!
