Old Shed by the Road

Photo of the Day 317/366

This photo was taken on our recent trip to western Pennsylvania. We were out early to get to one of our destinations when we drove down a back road and I spotted this old shed. I suspect it was a bus shelter at one time, but no more. I loved the mist in the valley, the sunlit hills and the fading color in the foliage. It has a nostalgic feel to it and I really like this one.

Truck Under the Tree at Sunset

Images Exposed Daily Photo Challenge

Tuesday Daily Life: This photo was taken this past weekend at our neighbor’s farm. I was driving to do some shopping when I spotted the sunset sky and the truck under the tree and grabbed a shot. I like the “everyday” feel of this photo. It’s like this happens every day and people just ignore the sunset, though they shouldn’t.

Just a guy with interests in photography, karate, and (sigh) work. I post one of my photos and a quote every day. I like to make a beautiful dent in the the negativity of social media. The photos are mine, so please don't reuse without permission. I hope you enjoy!
