Stippled Sunrise Sky Reflecting in the Creek

Photo of the Day 333/366

I took this photo yesterday morning. This part of the creek in on the property of the University where I work. This time of year, the sunrise skies can be spectacular, and yesterday was no exception. The sky showed all the colors of rainbow (except for green), and the reflection in water just sealed the photo as wonderful. I can’t be more thankful than I am for what I have. Happy Thanksgiving to all who read this.

Thursday Architecture: This photo was taken on my first venture to Colonial Williamsburg. My in-laws, my wife, and I went on a extended weekend trip there.  Unfortunately, my in-laws became ill and my wife and I did the tours. As I said, it was my first time there, and I took TOO MANY photos, but it was worth it and I need to go again – but perhaps in the later spring or fall, rather than February.

Just a guy with interests in photography, karate, and (sigh) work. I post one of my photos and a quote every day. I like to make a beautiful dent in the the negativity of social media. The photos are mine, so please don't reuse without permission. I hope you enjoy!
