Just Before Sunrise at the Pond

Photo of the Day 57/365

Yesterday morning gave us a glorious sunrise sky. I stopped two separate places on my way to work – and I’m glad I left my house early. The golds, blues, and grays made for a nice warm (at least to look at it) morning, knowing spring is just around the corner. There isn’t a much better way to start the day.

Shopping Mall Before it Closed

Images Exposed Daily Photo Challenge

Wednesday Design: This photo was taken almost a decade ago. Our local shopping mall was in declinee, and nearing the end of it’s life. We were able to visit it before the doors closed for good and with few stores open, the place was empty and that allowed me to get this shot.  Within a month, it was gone. It has been replaced by a plaza with afew anchor stores. It’s not the same, though.

Just a guy with interests in photography, karate, and (sigh) work. I post one of my photos and a quote every day. I like to make a beautiful dent in the the negativity of social media. The photos are mine, so please don't reuse without permission. I hope you enjoy!
