After two days in Edinburgh I took the train north along the east coast of Scotland through Aberdeen and over to Elgin.
There is nothing quite like Scottish rain on arrival!
In Elgin I was to meet up with landscape photographer Kim Grant (@visualizingscotland) who has made a reputation for celebrating the landscape of her home on the Moray coast.ย She agreed to shepherd me around for two days and show me some of the highlights of the area.
The day I arrived I had some time free to wander around the charming historic town of Elgin which is the main centre for the area.
The moon rose clear and shone into my bedroom in the guesthouse.
Wonderful captures love the walkway and street captures thanks for sharing
Glad you enjoyed them๐
Ohhhh #5 is my favorite. Love the light, and shadows in that capture. Then followed by #6, the angle. All in all great captures on this post ๐
Love that rain drops on the window photo! Great shots, Abigail.
Great seeing all these Abigail, my home town is not far from Elgin, I hope you get decent weather for the rest of your trip
Lovely post, like the last one. Waiting for the light to come and start the new day.
