Burghead on Scotland’s Moray coast is a working harbour that houses a fishing fleet. The day we were there the wind was up and we had to wait out a ten-minute hailstorm. In between there was cloud and sunshine, all changes that are typical for a Scottish winter day.
When the sun came out after the hailstorm the light was spectacular!
Close to sunset over the harbour…
Wow, you got some great shots, Abby. What a beautiful and interesting place!
Thanks, Tom. It was definitely a special time there.
Another “wow” from me …

A reallt photogenic place, you captured it well
Another WOW one!! The colors are wonderful and how you were able to catch the splashing water, really adds to the drama of the weather. Beautiful place and beautiful captures.
Lovely set of shots Abigail, captures the real Scotland 🙂
