Interesting bridge, Thomas. I presume it is for vehicles? is the river dried up or just a sandy place?
Yes it is for cars, its part of Highway 101 Coast Highway, Its not dried up completely, there is a small creek that runs under it, I have never seen it as a river, Thanks for visiting and the good comment
