a large, soaring…turkey buzzard. Oh, well, it looks pretty cool on the wing, but on the ground it is one ugly cuss!
I love sky shots and your are cool. Thankfully we just see this soaring bird…if you hadn’t mentioned it being a buzzard I would have said eagle 😊

Great shots, John, especially the first one. My eye thought it was a pretty cloud picture, but then I saw the buzzard.
They are nasty looking, but then maybe they think humans are super-ugly, too.
Yeah, I was just stopping to get cloud pics and saw the buzzards after a couple of minutes. Out here in the country, they are an every day sight.
