Earlier this month I took a run up to Parliament Hill as they were having a Doors Open event. As the Centre Block is undergoing a complete rebuild the “doors open” part was really a viewing platform where one could see the massive excavation where they are propping up the building, installing anti-earthquake technology and building a system of underground tunnels. Interesting even if we could not go inside…
There is a very pretty iron fence blocking off the construction site but unfortunately they have line the fence with netting. It does give a slightly surreal texture to the images so all is not lost.
Wow very cool, Underground Tunnels very interesting. Fantastic captures thanks for the tour
You are very welcome😃
#4 really caught my eye. I had to read how you created the photo. The netting does make the photo look sureal and standout.
Brilliant sunshine picked up the reflective spots. One of those happy accidents that are surprises when they come up on the screen.
Good idea the netting
I was cursing it until I saw the results😀
