Memories of one of my favorite places, Bar Harbor, Maine
This photo is from one of my family’s early trips to Bar Harbor, Maine and Acadia National Park. I truly love being in that place. The ocean, the rocky shore, the sounds, the smells – all seem to call me every time. I will be there again in a few weeks and I can’t wait.

Maine is gorgeous, especially Acadia National Park. There are spots where traffic and people are plentiful and there are spots and time that it is this unspoiled and quiet. I would have loved to live there, but the realities of life prevented it. It is one of my favorite places on earth.
I will have to look up Acadia National Park on the net. Thanks for telling me more about it
