Afternoon sunshine touching the edge of the field
The end of the day can be so peaceful. I decided to just walk past the gate to look at the open field. It was not quite sunset but the late afternoon sun was touching the trees as it was going down. The green of spring, the sounds of the birds and the sun-kissed trees made for a peaceful end of day.
