Reaching up through the sunrise
The other morning, while walking into my building, I looked uphill and saw this tree reaching up into the sunrise sky. The new foliage all seem to help keep this idea of “reaching” into my thoughts. A new dawn, a stormy sky – hope for a brighter day.

Looking out the window at the Book Store
I took this photo while my wife and I were touring Maine a couple of years ago. The bookstore was local and quite small, very neat and tidy, but warm and cozy enough to spend hours. A very nice memory.
