Standing on the hillside in the misty woods
On our travels this past weekend, I saw many scenes like this along the road – groups of trees that seem to stretch on forever into the mystery of a misty forest. It wasn’t too dark, so there was no sense of foreboding, just a sense of quiet and peace. I could hear the raindrops hitting the new growth of greenery on the mountain. It was very calming.
