Photo of the Day 207/365

Early Morning Clouds over the Farm Road

On the way to work last week, I spied the sun trying to shine out from between clouds. The colors made it seem as if sunrise were happening but that had been over an hour prior. The morning fog had risen to voer the hilltops and the colors even hit the fog. The road leading into the farm made it seem, to me, even more inviting.

Cape May Lighthouse at Sunset

Images Exposed Daily Photo Challenge

Wednesday Minimalism: This photo from my archives was taken some time ago at Cape May, New Jersey. The sky was haze in the summer heat and the color of the waning day seemed to bathe both the sea and sky, almost making them one. The scene makes the lighthouse seem so desolate, but it was one of my favorite places in the past.

Joe Bennett

Just a guy with interests in photography, karate, and (sigh) work. I post one of my photos and a quote every day. I like to make a beautiful dent in the the negativity of social media. The photos are mine, so please don't reuse without permission. I hope you enjoy!
