 Photo of the Day 238/365

Pretty Morning Sky over the Hills and Valley

I took this shot the other morning on the way to work. It was an early morning and the sky was lit in many of the same colors I normally see later on in the year. In this shot, the blue of the sky and blue of the hills in the background really contrasted with the oranges in the sky.  It made, for me, a nice morning photo.

Quiet Morning Reflections at the Lake

Images Exposed Daily Photo Challenge

Saturday Choice: This photo was taken on an early morning walk at the lake a few weeks ago. I always take a chance to walk at the lake when I can. On this morning, the only people I saw were other walkers and a few fishermen out on the lake. The air was still and heat of the day’s heat hadn’t risen. The sky reflecting in the still water made for a nice photo.

Just a guy with interests in photography, karate, and (sigh) work. I post one of my photos and a quote every day. I like to make a beautiful dent in the the negativity of social media. The photos are mine, so please don't reuse without permission. I hope you enjoy!
