Photo of the Day 252/365

Burnished Sunrise through the Trees

This photo, taken a couple of days ago, was lucky. I saw the sun rising through the clouds and managed to get to three different locations and capture different views of the sun rising. The locations were only perhaps 1/2 mile apart but the opportunity provided to me was not to be passed up. The clouds, in this one just let the sun peek through and the trees framed the image nicely. The quote below has some special meaning to me today, as I’m going through some issues with some “what else is there?” questions – sometimes, sunrises like this do help.  Each new day…

Saturday Choice: This photo was taken last week on a cool summer morning. The mist was lifting from the field and grass while the sun was rising through the clouds.  It made for a wonderful view on the way to work.

Just a guy with interests in photography, karate, and (sigh) work. I post one of my photos and a quote every day. I like to make a beautiful dent in the the negativity of social media. The photos are mine, so please don't reuse without permission. I hope you enjoy!
