Photo of the Day 271/365

Red-Tinged Sky after Sunset

After a crazy night of bowling – my wife and I pulled over to try to see what was left of the setting sun. We pulled into a church parking lot and noted a number cars doing the same. All of use were just looking at the sunset sky .The sun had already set, but the view over the darkened valley was spectacular. The reds and yellows – and the lowest cloud almost looked like a mountain – just amazing.

Two Lovers Waiting  Out the Rain

Images Exposed Daily Photo Challenge

Thursday Expression: I took this photo a number of years go while on a road trip with my wife. We had visited a town which was having some sort of town-wide festival or celebration. What the event was, I can’t remember, but I remember these two people It had started to rain and I happened to catch them under a store’s awning. This is the only thing I remember from that time.
