Photo of the Day 314/365

Streaks of Clouds after Sunset

Mid to Late fall is sad sometimes, the trees have shed most of their leaves, especially in wind-exposed areas, and all the is left is bare limbs reaching into the sky. On this evening, a few days ago, I spied the sunset sky and took a good number of shots and caught a beautiful sky with the bare trees. Similar skies will be seen soon, with the winter time.

Autumn Winding Road

Images Exposed Daily Photo Challenge

Friday Forms: This photo, taken from my archives, was shot on a long walk at our last home. The country roads stretched for miles as we were in “the country” – and sometimes, my eyes saw the leading lines and this was one of those days. Neither the trees nor the creek grabbed my attention – just the winding road and the way it led my vision – and that was enough.

Just a guy with interests in photography, karate, and (sigh) work. I post one of my photos and a quote every day. I like to make a beautiful dent in the the negativity of social media. The photos are mine, so please don't reuse without permission. I hope you enjoy!
