Photo of the Day 22/366

Sunrise Sky over the Snowy Field

This photo is from my archives and taken a few years ago while on my way to work. I remember pulling off the main road onto a country road to get this shot. I was able to stop the car in the road, get out, take some shots and not a car passed me by. It was a cold and beautiful morning with a wonderful sky.

Icicles at Sunset

Images Exposed Daily Photo Challenge

Monday Closeup: This is another shot from my archives. It was taken at our last home and taken more than a few years ago. We had, at one point, pine trees growing next to our home and these icicles were the result of the sun melting the snow an dropping down the pine needles. I took many photos to try to get a one or two that were good.

Joe Bennett

Just a guy with interests in photography, karate, and (sigh) work. I post one of my photos and a quote every day. I like to make a beautiful dent in the the negativity of social media. The photos are mine, so please don't reuse without permission. I hope you enjoy!
