Sunrise Over the Little Creek

Photo of the Day 58/366

I took this photo yesterday morning on the way in to work. There are only one or two days per year that the sun rises over this little creek. Yesterday was one of those days. I’ve been watching each morning and hoping that when the day came, it would not be snowy or clouds – or I’d miss it because of my work schedule.  However, this year, I got there and the Gods were smiling on me. I got the shot at just the right time.

Lonely Morning at the Beach

Images Exposed Daily Photo Challenge

Wednesday Minimalism: This photo was taken some years ago when we were vacationing in Cape May, NJ. Back then, the worries were much different and, to an extent, were fewer in number. I could go for morning walks without worry and could find lonely scenes like this. Now, I don’t want to find lonely places and would rather be with people.

Just a guy with interests in photography, karate, and (sigh) work. I post one of my photos and a quote every day. I like to make a beautiful dent in the the negativity of social media. The photos are mine, so please don't reuse without permission. I hope you enjoy!
