Sunset and a Lone Tree

I took this photo about a week ago. That evening there were many opportunities on the way home to nab some sunset photos. The skies were better in some of the other photos – more varied colors, or more varied, light – but this one just got to me with the golds and reds, and that one tree, by itself, with the sun behind – beautiful.

Thursday Expression: This photo is of our pastor. He was preaching a sermon on Joy and was trying to demonstrate “exuberant joy” but the expression didn’t quite make the emotion. A split second later, he had a huge smile on his face and he DID emote joy – but I caught this one and just had to post it with the category expression.
