Sunset by the Tree

Photo of the Day 93/366

I took this photo two days ago on Easter Sunday. I saw a glow from the front window and asked my company to “wait for a bit” while I ran out to try to catch the sunset. They waited and I ran down the road and managed to capture this image before the sun disappeared. Time never seems to agree with me that I need to plan out when I try for sunsets – the good ones seem to be happenstance and I have to run. I’d like to capture them at different locations – maybe someday.

Napping at the Auto Show

Images Exposed Daily Photo Challenge

Tuesday Daily Life: I captured this image while at a local Auto Show this past year. This gent had apparently had enough of the day and fell asleep at his station. No one bothered him and the noise of the show didn’t seem to affect him either. I felt bad for him – he was an older gent and we were at the last of 3 days so it was tiring.

Joe Bennett

Just a guy with interests in photography, karate, and (sigh) work. I post one of my photos and a quote every day. I like to make a beautiful dent in the the negativity of social media. The photos are mine, so please don't reuse without permission. I hope you enjoy!
