Clouds and Trees just after Sunset

Just before the end of class last evening, I happened to see the colorful sky reflecting against the white walls of the building and took a quick look out the window. I had to run run out and get this shot. I had glanced out the window the majority of the class, but the sky was OK at best. However, once the sun actually set, the colors in the sky went on overtime and were just brilliant. I just had to step out and grab a few shots (4 in total) and this was one of them.

Thursday Architecture: This photo was taken on a trip we took to West Virginia a couple of years ago, with friends. We visited a small college and most of their administrative offices were housed in two mansions. In one, we were given a personal tour and the other we were permitted to just walk around. In the second, I took many photos. The classic woodwork and Victorian styling were just outstanding and well maintained. It was very nice to be able to wander and take photos of these places.
