Reflections and Memories of Cape May

Photo of the Day 117/366

When we vacationed in Cape May, New Jersey, my favorite activity was to either walk the shopping area, known as “the mall” or to walk the nature trails at Cape May Point. I was never a “beach person” but more of a “coast person”. This view was from somewhere on the nature trailes when I happened to catch a reflection of the Cape May lighthouse in a tidal pool. The photo brings back some of the good times we had there.

Beads and Baubles

Images Exposed Daily Photo Challenge

Friday Creative: This photo was taken some time ago when I saw a bowl full of beads and strings of beads at Christmas time. In the pile was a false snowball and glass beads of varying sizes. I thought the composition was good so I moved the container (and me) around until the light was right and then took this photo.

Just a guy with interests in photography, karate, and (sigh) work. I post one of my photos and a quote every day. I like to make a beautiful dent in the the negativity of social media. The photos are mine, so please don't reuse without permission. I hope you enjoy!
