Rain Coming across the Valley

Photo of the Day 126/366

This photo was taken a few weeks ago but is very representative of the past couple of days. The rain comes and goes. and this photo, taken from a local country road, shows the rain as it comes across the hills and valley towards us. I may not have the ocean at my fingertips, but the countryside here is beautiful, too.

Going to Work in The Rain

Images Exposed Daily Photo Challenge

Sunday Street Photography: This photo, from my archives, was from my days working for the state government. This photo was taken of some “state workers” heading for their offices in the Capitol Complex. It was rainy and I loved the umbrellas, the reflections, and I took it in black and white to give it more texture and contrast. Street photography is better done in a city environment, and I’m not there any more so these are good memories.

Just a guy with interests in photography, karate, and (sigh) work. I post one of my photos and a quote every day. I like to make a beautiful dent in the the negativity of social media. The photos are mine, so please don't reuse without permission. I hope you enjoy!
