First Snot of the Season on the Road

Photo of the Day 356/366

We have had flurries, but they never stayed – or were at night and by morning, were gone. Yesterday, it was cold enough and it snowed, on and off, all day. When I left work, the snow was not dangerous, but very pretty. Since it was the last day before winter break, there was not much traffic, so I was able to stop in the road and take this shot of beauty.

Lone Tree in the Sunset Sky

Images Exposed Daily Photo Challenge

Saturday Choice: This photo was taken last week. This particular sunrise sky provided me with many opportunities for photos. I was able to go to 4 different locations and the sky, while changing, was very beautiful and colorful. This was actually one of the first photos I took that morning. The golds were more pronounced, but the sky was darker. The lone tree, reaching into the sky, made this a nice one for me.

Just a guy with interests in photography, karate, and (sigh) work. I post one of my photos and a quote every day. I like to make a beautiful dent in the the negativity of social media. The photos are mine, so please don't reuse without permission. I hope you enjoy!
